How does it work?

One submission from you each week with the key payroll data and the rest is taken care of like this;

From the information you give us we will;

• Calculate payroll, deduct PAYE & NI if required and generate your workers NET pay figure. Using our money, we send BACS on a Wednesday so your workers are paid on a Friday.
• Wage slips are generated and can be sent out in three different ways.
• Raise invoices (in your name and with your logo on), match your timesheets to the back and send them directly to your Clients. We credit control them and your Client pays us to settle the debt.
• Make sure VAT & PAYE liabilities are funded and managed by us, so you don't waste time juggling cash when you could be selling.
• Cover you with Bad Debt Protection to protect you, and us, in case any of your Clients go bust.
• Report all aspects of your business activity online. Sales statistics, debtor reports, gross margin reports, cash received and even the facility to print off copy invoices is available.
• Calculate your margin and make a payment weekly into your business bank account every Friday.

How much is this going to cost?

That's another great thing about working with Cash Simply. We will not charge you a penny unless you are processing a payroll.

Once we have put everything in place for you, we would await your first payroll & invoicing instruction.

We only charge you when processing. If nothing goes through next week you do not get charged. That's why we are different than most funders and dont charge any minimum fees. You could say its a little like pay as you go.

Simple charging structure

Our fee is a percentage charged on your NET weekly sales (before VAT is added) This is important, because most other providers charge on the GROSS weekly sales (after VAT is added) making them 20% more expensive.

The fees go down too! As your sales increase the fee rate falls (subject to terms agreed), plus they won't go up during the length of the contract thats guaranteed!
