Typically, you'll be raising your own invoices, maybe 14 day terms, and then receiving payment between 30 - 40 days, after you have wasted precious sales time chasing them.

The 12 month rebate offer
You can tell your client that if you make a placement with them you will provide a 12 month rebate so they are protected against any potential financial losses they may incur should the candidate leave.
Our customers sell the rebate scheme as a reflection of their high level recruiting skills, so if a candidate resigns from the role they filled, then they haven't done their job well enough and will pay out a rebate.
Provided the Client pays to terms (30 days from date of invoice) and the candidate terminates;
If the Applicant leaves in the first month, you provide a replacement Applicant free of charge.
If the Applicant leaves in months 2 to 6, we repay 40% of the invoice value to you for your Client.
If the Applicant leaves in months 7 to 12, we repay 20% of the invoice value to you for your Client.

How does it work?
- You tell us who your client is, then forward us a copy of the relevant information we need to process the permanent placement.
- We carry out a credit check and arrange debt protection up to the advised credit limit.
- We contact your client to confirm the Applicant has started.
- We raise your invoice, in your name, with your VAT number and your logo on it.
- We send payment to you by BACS Wednesday, so cleared funds in your account Friday.
- We get on and chase the payments from your client.
That's it - SIMPLY that easy.
We will set you up with the two accounts, detailed below, and you are ready to start making placements and closing deals.
How much is this going to cost?

Simple charging structure
Our fee is a percentage charged on your NET weekly sales (before VAT is added) This is important, because most other providers charge on the GROSS weekly sales (after VAT is added) making them 20% more expensive once the VAT rise in January comes along.
The fees go down too! As your sales increase the fee rate falls , plus they won't go up during the length of the contract thats guaranteed.
